Mr. Kunal Yadav

Managing Director

Mr. Kunal Yadav is a Managing Director cum Chairman & Executive Director on board of our company. He has more than 17 years of rich industrial experience and managerial experience. He joined the company as Director on 5th of February, 2008. He is one of the Promoter, Industrialist and Managing Director and main contributor to the growth and development of the Company. He is also equally excellent in ensuring growth by improving productivity, cost control, large size operations & consistently improving quality and his services were indispensable. He had been actively involved in business strategy, business development and research and development functions in the Company. Mr. Kunal Yadav having the degree of M.B.A. from the university of Greenwich, London, U.K.

Mr. Ravinder Sharma

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Ravinder Kumar Sharma serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Indian Sucrose Limited, bringing over 34 years of experience since joining the organization in 1991. A Commerce Graduate, he has progressed through various roles to leadership through consistent performance. He possesses strong expertise in financial strategy, corporate accounting, budgeting, and risk management. His deep understanding of the manufacturing sector supports effective cost control and financial governance. With extensive institutional knowledge, he plays a key role in driving fiscal discipline and sustainable growth within the organization.

Mrs. Anamika Raju

Company Secretary

A qualified Company Secretary and Law Graduate with over 18 years of experience in corporate secretarial, legal, and regulatory compliance across industries including sugar, steel, and petrochemicals. Possesses strong expertise in corporate governance, SEBI regulations, FEMA compliances, and NBFC regulations. Well-versed in handling listing compliances, board and shareholder processes, and regulatory filings. Experienced in liaising with authorities such as SEBI, RBI, ROC, NCLT, stock exchanges, and depositories. Skilled in legal drafting, contract management, due diligence, and advisory to senior management. Proven ability to manage cross-border compliances, foreign investments, and complex regulatory environments while ensuring strong governance and risk management.

Mr. Vipin Kumar Agrawal is a senior professional and a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of experience in finance and accounts-related matters. He has been associated with various companies in senior management positions across sectors such as Paper, Textile, Steel, and Footwear. He has previously worked with JK Group, IITL (Hindustan Group), Bhushan Steel Limited, Allied Strips Limited, Action Group, and Chiripal Group, Ahmedabad.
